Ka Pau Sunday: Liu Sar Pau @ Yi Dian Xin

We went for cheap dim sum today because I felt like having liu sar pau for breakfast.

I occasionally crave for liu sar pau and i am happy that there is a place where I can go to satisfy that craving because if you actually think about it, there are really not a lot of places you can find good liu sar pau in Singapore.

So when you, like i, want liu sar pau and just cannot think of a place that would sell you affordable but good liu sar pau, remember Yi Dian Xin Hong Kong Dim Sum along Upper Serangoon Road.

Their liu sar pau is super yummy. When you take your first bite into the bun, be careful because the filling literally explodes from the bun into your mouth with smooth, silky, savoury and yolky custard which will definitely tantalise your taste buds.

While you are there, do try their other dim sum dishes like char siew pau and carrot cake as well which I thought were pretty tasty.
