Our Small & Humble Nest

We finally got the keys to our tiny new flat 1 week ago and here are some updates.

First of all, the last of all the lights finally went up today and it also happens to be my favourite of all the lights in the flat. This Turkish ceiling lamp was bought by my husband on one of his business trips to bangladesh and it looks stunning hanging in the small balcony.

What you see on the left side is the view of the upcoming down town line under construction. This is only ready in year 2017.

Mummy Love

No matter what happens to me out in the real world, the one thing that keeps me going is my family.

Tonight, I came home to my mummy's home made fish and chips and found this heart shape moulded rice packed away for me.

Actions do speak louder than words and a picture does paint a thousand words. Goodnight.

P.S. The fish was fantastic. Here's a picture of it.
